 As Anya arrives to Midwinter of 2013, the Brujah immediately grab her and pull her into a Clan meeting. The Brujah Princes were rounded up - Paul Walker, Katja Nothing, Lena!, and Pinky Wheeler were all removed from their respective Domains or activities and pulled into a private Judicial Conclave. There were rumors and concerns that she was to be next. As the night went on, politicking was tense and the drama high. Eventually, an Archon to Pascek came and took Anya from a meeting of the Princes... to say goodbye to her [[Paul Walker]]. Anya, Ambrosio, Tommy, and Stick all got to share the last hour of Paul's life prior to his execution...  while [[Katja Nothing]] was released with a slap on the wrist of a single status because she threw Paul under the bus to save herself. Pascek came back into the room, and gave Paul his last rites, and told him that he had in fact been a proud father to his prodigal son. He held him, and engaged Burning Wrath until Paul was ash. Anya fell upon the ashes wrought in grief. She demanded to know if Pascek was to kill her now, or if she was next to be Conclaved, but Pascek gave her his word it was over and done.

 In the next month, more Ventrue returned who had previously been involved in Praxis plans of the past, namely, [[Tara O'Brien]] and [[Joseph von Hildebrandt]]. Anya left two summer parties in the care of her Primogen and her Seneschal, and while she was away, [[Joseph von Hildebrandt]] made an attempt on Anya's Praxis. This Praxis attempt was disputed by both Anya and her Seneschal, [[Jasper Abbott]]. As the various sides began to maneuver, and [[Tara O'Brien]] took Praxis of Westchester, news came out about the Ventrue Joseph von Hildebrandt's affiliations with the Followers of Set. Per the Conclave of 2011, those who have converted to become a Follower of Set are disqualified from holding a Camarilla position...
