==Known History==
Royce was born in Germany some time ago. 

Dr. Kroll is not his first Regnant. His previous regnant was a Toreador who was slain by another Kindred that wanted her territory. Royce left the region during that day to avoid either being slain or taken as a spoil of conquest. 

For the first year or more that he Dr. Kroll took him to gatherings in Springfield Royce would not speak to anyone unless spoken to by them first. He would also not meet they eyes of any Kindred other than his Regnent unless they insisted on him doing so. He always acted and spoke with a great deal of deference Over time he became more outgoing particularly under Prince Jesse Kesch who insisted that the ghouls at his gathering do so he however continues to be deferential especially to Kindred he does not know. 

Royce is known to practice several different art forms. He is known statewide amongst mortal society as a Tattoo artist and Piercer, he is even participating in a state run pilot program evaluating other body modification “art” such as scarification and fracturing. However Kindred of Springfield also know that he quite accomplished at drawing, architecture, carpentry, ship building and oddly for a Nosferatu’s ghoul cosmetology and making his own cosmetics. He has earned (trivial) boons for his Regnant by giving some Toreador makeovers that they were thrilled with. 

It is also publicly known that he has been taught some degree of both Auspex and Obfuscate.
