==Known History==

Not much is known about Alec. He was in the Griffin domain in its earliest nights, but disappeared soon after. He has since been seen in Savannah, Athens, and Atlanta. He generally keeps a low profile, but excuses himself from conversations that turn rude or...weird.

Topics of conversation that interest Alec include oddly specific stories of past business dealings (as specific as they can be when all parties are referred to with pronouns...), discussion of the (legal) global arms trade, and the nature of information as the greatest weapon on tonight's battlefield. He presents himself as a strict rationalist, with the survival of the Kindred race as his first and guiding principle. In several public conversations/debates, Alec has spoken at length about the problems of limited resources and of marshaling them towards ends that will get the most return for one's investment, even as he plays down his stake in financial matters and markets. Instead, he speaks of it "from a security perspective," gladly explaining the basics of his field to those that will listen.

More recently, Alex has taken a more active role. He has been seen at several gathers across different Georgia domains, networking and evangelizing risk prioritization and the value of Camarilla prestation. He is not afraid to get his hands dirty, as he's been in direct engagements involving both the Daeva threat at the Sabbat. He still avoids vulgar conversation, and will steer topics back to something he feels to be more appropriate or on topic when he can.

Rachel Dubhan speaks with an upper class English accent with an enchanting voice. She appears to be high on the Path of Humanity, and has warm skin and a heartbeat. She is generally clothed stylishly in dressy outfits. Her hair is often pulled back or pinned up with jeweled accessories.

While most people would describe her as beautiful, she does not have the stunning, near supernatural beauty possessed by many of her Clanmates. She thinks of herself as a plain woman who knows how to highlight her best features with makeup and the right clothing.

She has hosted a number of successful parties with themes ranging from Courtly Love to Steampunk. Although she clearly has an appreciation for the finer things in life, she does not appear to display the degenerate hedonism typical of many Toreador.

Rachel Dubhan is a talented actor, sculptor, ballroom dancer, and writer. She rarely performs or displays her artwork before Kindred audiences, and she has mentioned that she uses more than one pseudonym for her "public" works.

Few rumors circulate in the mortal world without eventually coming to her ears due to her vast influence in nearly every spectrum of society. She is locally known for her knowledge of Lore, admitting that her understanding comes from a mixture of study and firsthand experience.

Rachel Dubhan came to the Domain of Middle Georgia from the UK in late 2007. She quickly distinguished herself by playing a crucial role preventing the Domain from being destroyed by Lupines. She served as Seneschal when her close ally, Ivan Sjekna of Clan Gangrel, took Praxis of Middle Georgia.
 
In late 2008, she convinced the Primogen Council to mandate that any Kindred who killed a mortal would owe a Blood Boon to the Primogen who controlled the feeding grounds in which the killing took place. The action was backed by the Harpy and Prince. This unanimous support of the Primogen Council surprised many citizens of the Domain, including some of the other officers. Many had felt that passing the proposition would have been impossible, since the lower Humanity Primogen would never support it. Since Dubhan met with each of the other Primogen privately, it is not publicly known exactly how she managed to convince all of them.
 
The Followers of Set had long plagued the Domain of Middle Georgia. In March of 2009, Prince Ivan Sjeckna decided to lead members of the Domain into Statesboro, a known Setite stronghold. This party was unprepared for the strength of the sorcerers who dwelt there. While the Camarilla suffered no losses, they were forced to flee. The next month, Statesboro was hit with a heavy storm. Stories of strange phenomenon resembling a column of fire over the city and numerous missing person reports came out of the city. At the next Court, a noticeably lower Humanity Seneschal Dubhan reported that every Follower of Set who did not flee had been killed. She has never given precise details about what happened, and several Camarilla members doubt the true extent of her involvement. She seemed to regain her Humanity rather quickly and expressed vague regret about her actions there.

Rachel Dubhan and Ivan Sjekna had a falling out, and she stepped down from the position of Seneschal in August 2009. Prince Sjekna relinquished his Praxis that October. She has remained an active part of Middle Georgia, primarily known for her skills in gathering information.
 
She served as Harpy of Atlanta in 2009 and 2010. Her most notable actions in that position were hosting the 2010 Atlanta Gala and declaring that the Brujah Justicar's attempt to strip Status without invoking his own was invalid. She voluntarily relinquished her own Status to demonstrate that her actions were not derived from selfish motivations. She stepped down from Harpy of Atlanta shortly after once again accepting the Primogen seat in Middle Georgia, feeling it was not ideal to hold positions in multiple Domains. At the end of April 2011, she left the Domain of Middle Georgia suddenly. She told few why she was leaving, simply saying that personal duty required her to travel elsewhere. She returned several months later, saying that her absence was due to fighting infernalism elsewhere. The full story of her travels is not publicly known, but few if any Kindred seem to have asked for details. 

During the 2011 Battle of the Potomac, she stood on the front lines and was instrumental in banishing the demon. She held a metal cross and spoke in Latin which seemed to cause the demonic entity to lose its ability to manifest. The demon swore it would kill her and exerted its full effort to do so. It was not successful. 

After serving as Lesser Harpy of Middle Georgia for over 3 years, Rachel Dubhan was appointed as Harpy of Middle Georgia in January 2012. She also hosted the 2012 Georgia Gala along with Seneschal [[Lilyanna Salvatore]]. She helped host several successful events at the large gathering in Atlanta in September 2012. 

She spent a great deal of time traveling in 2013, and it was one of the few periods during which she did not hold an Camarilla position. She mentioned Germany and and a few other locations, but said little about her business there. It could be that she had secrets, or it could be simply because no one seemed particularly interested. She referenced research into the historical interpretations and applications of the Path of Humanity. 

She was heavily involved in the Toreador efforts leading up to the 2015 Conclave of Baltimore, though the exact details of her work are not publicly known.

She served as Primogen of Middle Georgia for several years. She is currently Seneschal of the Domain.

Rachel seems to have many allies among her fellow Toreador. Of those in Georgia, she is most often seen with [[Lilyanna Salvatore]] . She has a particularly close relationship with the Toreador elder Justine Westshire. Of her Clanmates, Rachel has said that she feels [[Lilyan Townsend]] understands her the best. She also speaks highly of [[Rook]], [[Harrow]], and [[Amanda Desrosiers]] 

She seems to be on friendly terms with [[Gary Kowaleski]], and they have been seen to great each other warmly at several large Camarilla events.

She has worked closely with many Children of Haqim. She appears to have a favorable attitude toward the Clan. She also tends to work well with Tremere, though her relationship with most of them seems more professional than friendly.

The identity of Rachel's sire is not publicly known, but many assume it to be Justine Westshire because Rachel was under her Accounting. However, Rachel never refers to Westshire as her sire, which seems to indicate that Rachel may be in her line, but not her direct childe.

==Known History==
Dean Corso is the consummate salesman. Something about him makes him both un-trustable, yet trustworthy. He speaks softly and never threatens, and his voice seems to have a calming quality which draws people in. History has proven he is very good at convincing people not to act rashly, nor punish people merely for the sake of example. 

His first night in public was in Savannah, Georgia. Having moved from places west, Dean was looking for a new home. Although facts are scarce and differing, it appears that Dean was present for a conversation between Nosferatu Harpy [[Silhouette]] of Savannah and another member of clan Nosferatu. [[Silhouette]] was berating the other Nosferatu for accepting status from another Prince (now former Prince [[Vincent St. John]] of Griffin Georgia) than the Prince of Savannah and announced to clan Nosferatu that she was not recognizing the presentation of status, as it was too soon, too quickly and Griffin was not a real domain anyways, and neither was their Harpy or their Prince. It appears that in Harpy [[Silhouette]]'s eyes, status has a timetable and measurable schedule, and to deviate from that schedule is a horrible almost unforgivable crime. It was clear to all present that Harpy [[Silhouette]] had no respect for Griffin. Dean did not agree, specifically on the account that Nosferatu should not nitpick other Nosferatu in such a manner. 

While still searching for a new home, Dean visited Griffin Georgia, where by pure chance he came upon a horrible political situation. It appears the standing Nosferatu Primogen ([[Adam Goff]]) had horribly breached the Masquerade by flipping several cars in downtown Griffin. Local Nosferatu appointed Dean as their temporary representative to speak with the Prince. In a series of artful discussions, Dean spoke with the Prince and weighed upon the Prince the prior value of [[Adam Goff]]'s services to the domain, convincing the Prince to not make an open example of Adam, but instead to eventually release [[Adam Goff]] with minor punishment. Although it is unclear what debts were owed, Dean clearly had a talent for discussion. It was during these discussions, that Dean judged Griffin and found it to be a worthwhile domain. 

Dean went on to visit Atlanta Georgia and sought a new home there as well. Although rumors are scarce, it is believed that Dean encountered either the Harpy of Griffin ([[Silvia Snow]]) or the Prince of Griffin ([[Vincent St. John]]), and in exchange for minor considerations, informed them of Harpy [[Silhouette]]'s opinions of their personages and domain, and the Harpy [[Silhouette]]'s insulting actions. Although this information did not immediately become public knowledge, eventually this sharing of information would indirectly lead to the Bloodhunt of the stripped former Seneschal of Griffin Georgia [[Terry Smith]] and a hearty, healthy round of laughter by Sovereign Prince [[Charles McMillan]] of Atlanta Georgia and most of his Primogen at the expense of Harpy [[Silhouette]]'s person and reputation. It appears there are people in Georgia who think less of [[Silhouette]] than Dean does. 

(Nosferatu Only - The following month, Dean was asked to leave a newly re-discovered Lore Library in the Warrens to attend a Nosferatu clan meeting of some importance. Dean was then immediately put on trial by his fellow Nosferatu for various reasons. Many Nosferatu from several domains attended. Several charges were presented and summarily dismissed without much issue. He was overly charged with being a bad "Face" and not being able to properly manipulate or socially interact with people. But in truth, it appears that most of the issues were either directly caused or indirectly sourced back to the replacement Primogen for Griffin. She was jealous and fearful that Dean would return to Griffin and claim the position of Primogen in her stead. The initial trial was a farce, and while everyone took it seriously, many agreed, much later, that the wrong person had been put on trial that day.

However, after it was realized that the conversation involving [[Silhouette]] mentioned above was actually held in the Savannah Warrens and therefore could be recognized as Nosferatu secrets, Dean instantly plead guilty and threw himself on the mercy of his peers. Claiming to have completely overlooked that aspect of the situation, he admitted his guilt of "sharing information discussed in privacy among Nosferatu" no matter how legitimate, necessary, or proper. After much discussion, Dean convinced those present of a proper punishment and was sentenced to be locked in the Atlanta Warrens Lore Library for six months time.

Several months into his sentence, the same said Primogen of Griffin was sentenced to death and killed by the Atlanta Nosferatu Primogen for openly attacking another Kindred in Elysium in an assassination plot of the Nosferatu-Caitiff Blix. Adam Goff and the Griffin Primogen attacked Blix in open Elysium and were sentenced to death. His and her ashes now serve as bookends in the Lore Library. Dean has subsequently asked for and been given a doormat at the front door of the library which simply reads "Go Away".)

In October of 2013, Dean Corso was released from his punishment. After much discussion between various persons, it was decided that Dean would re-enter the accounting under the new Nosferatu Primogen Walt. Dean appears to have gladly accepted this situation and without issue or protest either relinquished or had his Acknowledgement stripped.
