During this time, he took part in the destruction of the Anathema Angelo. After being betrayed by his Seneschal, he relocated to Chicago, serving as Harpy there until mysteriously disappearing sometime in 2004.

In October of 2012, Adrian literally resurfaced, after having spent approximately a decade in torpor under the Chicago river. He is known to have no memory of anything prior to this.
